Music Teacher's Helper allows you to make any event on your calendar open for registration. Then your students can login from home and register to attend.

This Online Booking system has a lot of uses:

  • Let students pick their own schedule - By simply creating open time slots on your calendar, you can have your students sign up for the lesson slot they want on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Group Event Registration - Allow up to a certain number of students to register for any event. This is great for parties or recitals where only a limited number of students can attend.
  • Make-up times - Post the times you have available for make-up lessons so students can see when they can make up.
  • Schedule-Switching - By allowing registration on a private lesson, you can make it viewable by other students if you want them to see each others’ schedules. This is optional, of course.

To enable registration for an event, just click the new “For All Students” option when creating or editing an event. Then click “Require students to register to attend this event”. And everything else is taken care of for you!

To use Music Teacher's Helper you will need to choose a username and password. This helps keeps your information secure. The username should contain no spaces and be at least four characters long. Passwords are case sensitive, so "PassWorD" is not the same as "password".

Your studio website address is where you will go to access your account. You may use letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9) only. Spaces are not allowed. You do not need to enter "www." You can also change it later if you want to.

If you already have your own studio website, just put something in anyway, and later we can show you how to link the two websites together.
