It's so hard to not make an exception, but I have to tell you, people who I dont' make an exception for, don't expect me to make an exception and follow my policies to the letter. People I have made an exception for will continue to take advantage of me. Set your own ours and stick with it. Your studio WILL consume you otherwise. Great tips!
