As I mentioned in a previous post, I use PowerPoint to present a slide show in the waiting room of my studio. Now I want to share with you what I include in the slide show.

There are many types of slides you can have. Each slide stays on the screen for 30 - 60 seconds, depending on the slide. Just be creative. Parents and students find the slide show both entertaining and informative.

  1. Do you have any pictures of your waiting room and studio that you wouldn't mind sharing? I'm curious to see what they look like.

  3. Hey Ronnie, although PowerPoint came with the version of MS Office I bought, i've never really used it and don't have very much experience with it. although I understand the very basics of how it works I am not even close to being proficient. My question to you is, would you be willing to send me a powerpoint file like the one you use a template for me to get started. I appreciate the article and tips also. Happy Holidays. -Toby Fairchild toby@tobyfairchild.com
