I like the birthday email and have set my preference. So I will make a wish (request) I add a 15% surcharge for music and supplies to cover shipping and tax. Could you add a feature that would allow a flexible surcharge to be calculated and added? (Perhaps even displayed?) Right now I am having to use my own calculator to figure the percentage, then add it to the original cost.
