		<description>You should take a look at the Da Capo Institute in Richmond VA.  We use a community based student focused model built directly into our pedagogy.  We have branded it the Da Capo Way and it is built directly on a three pronged model of Passion, Discipline, and Application.  Totally agree that you have to meet the students where they are..
