One of the reporting features that has been requested more than just about any other is the ability to print a student contact list, containing addresses and phone numbers of students. Or the ability to print a birthday list, or see other specific information about students.
This option has always been available through a multi-step process of exporting your student list to Excel, and printing it from there. But because there has been so much interest in it, we have made a separate Student Contact List Report.
With the Student Contact List report, you can choose exactly which fields you want to show up in the report. So, for a birthday report, you may want the student’s first and last name, and their birthday. But you can customize this report to show whatever fields you want. You also have the option of printing it out on paper, or saving it as a csv file which can be loaded in Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
You can access the Student Contact List report from the “Reports” tab after you login to your Music Teacher’s Helper account.
