Music Teacher’s Helper has been around for about five years, and is growing quickly as more and more teachers learn about how powerful of a studio management tool it is.
Therefore, we are looking to expand our customer service team to provide more timely and efficient answers to the emailed questions that come in from teachers who use Music Teacher’s Helper.
However, this is different from your typical customer service “job”. This is an extremely part-time opportunity (probably less than 5 hours per week), where you will be able to work from home, at flexible hours that are convenient for you.
We are looking for several individuals who:
- Are existing Music Teacher’s Helper subscribers and know the software well
- Will respond to customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
- Have exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- Are very comfortable with e-mail and computers
Your responsibilities will simply be to check your e-mail regularly throughout a specified shift, and answer the e-mails that come in during that time. A knowledge base of common questions and answers is available to help you. And if you’re the type of person who is normally at your computer a lot anyway, this opportunity is perfect for you.
As our customers, you already know the great quality of customer service we offer, and how quickly and effectively we answer the questions that come in. And we want to keep it that way. That’s why we’re offering this opportunity to you, our teachers, rather than outsourcing to a 3rd party call center, or non-musical employees. As music teachers, you understand the needs of music teachers and can provide the best help to your fellow teachers. We want to provide the best experience possible to all of our customers.
We are looking for several individuals to cover separate shifts around the clock. So those in non-US time zones, or those in US-time who are willing to work night shifts, are especially welcome.
Payment will be based upon the emails answered, and also includes a free Music Teacher’s Helper subscription for your studio.
