Many private music teachers don&#039;t know this stuff, so they end up taking on clients/students or projects that are less than ideal, which only hurt them. By focusing on what you want, you increase your effectiveness as a teacher--and that means more referrals, more income, and higher retention rate!</description>

		<description>Because I teach full-time at school throughout the day, I have to limit the number of students I teach privately. Whenever possible, I try to teach students who are more advanced/older than the elementary students I work with all day. It&#039;s refreshing to work on more advanced music after a long day of Hot Cross Buns and Lightly Row.</description>
