		<description>I totally agree that getting students together to inspire and support one another is a great idea! I mainly teach adult students, and at least four times a year hold workshops where they play for each other, as well as have group listening and discussion activities. From here, it is good to see who mixes well and offer opportunities to have an overlap of lesson times to learn duets.</description>
